Upon request for self-exclusion or if we believe it to be necessary for the customer, we will immediately close the account and return any remaining funds to the customer's designated bank account. We will also block the customer from accessing any Remake.gg products or services for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
During a self-exclusion period, you are not allowed to leave any balance in your account. You will not be able to access your account or withdraw any funds during the self-exclusion.
