Unfortuantely, we only accept customers from Estonia and not outside.

This is very unlikely as the concept of Remake.gg is entirely different and unique from others. Users who have linked their Steam© account with Remake.gg are insured up to $2,500 for both account and inventory. In the highly unlikely event that your Steam© account becomes trade banned due to Remake.gg or gets banned by Valve Anti-Cheat system, we will reimburse you up to $2,500.

You can deposit skins for Counterstrike 2 or Dota 2 and cryptocurrency. The following cryptocurrencies deposits are available:

• Bitcoin
• Dogecoin
• Bitcoin Cash
• Litecoin

Cryptocurrency deposits require depending on the blockchain minimum of 4 confirmations to be credited to your account balance.

You can deposit items with a value of at least $0.01. Remake.gg displays only items that are eligible for a deposit and tradable. If you notice missing items that appear in your standard Steam© inventory but are not displayed on Remake.gg, it indicates that Remake.gg does not accept those items for deposit. This is particularly true for very rare items.

We utilize the Steamcommunity.com market as a reference. However, it's essential to note that this serves as a guide, and actual costs for some items may vary, either being higher or lower.

Yes. You must have Steam© Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 15 days before you try to deposit skins with Remake.gg.

You can buy and withdraw Counterstrike 2 and Dota 2 skins. Premium users with an active subscription may withdraw their balance to PayPal and by wire transfer in the near future.

You can only withdraw 3 items with one request and have only 3 pending trades open. Before you continue with new withdrawals, you must first accept your previous withdrawals. Your limit is set back once you accepted all incoming trades within your Steam© account.

We allow you to send items to other Steam© users from your private inventory. It's crucial that you provide a valid trade link and have the receiver's consent. Please note, we monitor all outgoing trades and your overall trade success rate. If your trades fail or are rejected by the destiniation we may impose a withdraw ban on your account of at least 30 days.

You must accept an incoming trade within 5 minutes. We recommend that you use the Steam© client for your mobile phone and turn on push notifications.

If your trade failed, your sent items will be released back to your private inventory within the next 5 hours. You can then start a new withdrawal request.

Most reasons for failed trades are following:

• If you don't accept your incoming trade within 5 minutes.
• If you provide an invalid Steam© trade link.
• If you provide a trade link that has no Steam© Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 15 days.
• An account that is trade banned.
